Saurabh is a hands-on technology leader with 15 years of experience in the field of Solutioning and Technology. He has a master’s degree from the US in the area of Information systems with a dual major in Information security and IT project management.
Saurabh started his career working for various organizations in the USA after his master’s degree.

He has work experience in the many areas such as BFSI, Telecom, Retail, M& E, Construction, Business intelligence and so on…

As a part of his 15-year career he has worked on multiple projects and has experience with all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to Production support. His work area expertise includes projects on Cloud, App development, API and Web development, Back end and Persistence, Data and Analytics, Artificial intelligence, and Big data.

Saurabh has been responsible for multiple technical and managerial roles during his career such as team leader, Technical leader, Technical architect, and Delivery lead. In the recent stages of his career Saurabh has been more involved in working towards low cost, hi-tech and sustainable technology solutioning for multiple customers.

He is passionate about adopting technology for automation of manual efforts and cost savings with an eye without any compromise on good engineering and architecture practices.

An avid reader and a technology buff, Saurabh in his free time loves to read up on the latest trends in Technology along with an interest in music and history.

He is a firm believer that to be a good Technology person everyone must focus on clarity of the fundamentals to achieve success in the confused and ever-changing world of Information technology.

Subhash Dharade

Senior Delivery Manager

Subhash Dharade is Arrk’s Delivery Manager. In his role, Subhash integrates best in hybrid agile methodologies, DevOps, test automation, and cloud development to meet customers’ demanding enterprise requirements.

Subhash has over 2 decades of rich experience in working on wide range of technology platforms. Subhash’s strong experience in both, management, and technology, ensures his proficient managerial skills play a major role in Technology Management, Program, Product Delivery, and setting up the communities of practices within the organization. He passionate to create and run a high-performance engineering team.

Subhash holds a Bachelor of Computer engineering degree from Mumbai University.

Rajesh Dhabalia

Senior Delivery Manager

Rajesh is a 20+ year’s experienced results-driven professional with strong client-centric skills and have agile approach to delivery management, who has worked across a wide range of domains like Insurance, finance, healthcare, taxation, Publishing and many more.
Rajesh is a diligent senior delivery manager offering a proven record of success leading all phases of diverse technology projects by setting clear expectations and goals for project teams, track progress against timeline, milestones, and budget, revise as needed. He has successfully managed multiple application development & maintenance projects and upgrades to move from legacy to newer technology. Worked with the business side to understand and develop requirements to deliver to the IT development units. Managed multiple project teams from requirements through development, testing, training, implementation, and closure.

With immense experience in software domain right from design, development, and solutioning to requirement gathering, He has defined processes and tools best suited to each project. Moved between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and client goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

Rajesh, is veteran of Agile technology, has been successfully working with teams on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks, Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

He has been building a trusting and safe environment for the team where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. He is blessed with an ability of getting work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work by facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolutions.

Rajesh has been instrumental in setting up tools/processes to effectively track impediments and project/process workflow. He is an excellent communicator who leverages technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate with all stakeholders, radiating information.

He has a perfect quality as Senior Delivery manager to manage & provide support to the team using servant’s leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.

Hariharan Iyer

Vice President – Finance

Hariharan Iyer (Hari) has joined Arrk in 2004. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce and holds professional qualifications in Cost and Management Accountancy (, Corporate Laws ( Prior to Arrk he was associated with retail, consultancy, ERP and ITES services business. He has been a pillar of Arrk in the matters of Finance, Commercials, Resourcing, Out-sourcing, and Compliances. His journey with in Arrk over the last 17 years has been remarkable, multi-faceted, go-to-person in any crisis. Over a period, he has developed quite deeper hands-on leadership qualities in operations. Although a non-technical guy in the technology driven organization, he has evolved to elaborately analyze and pursue value creations for Arrk, its employees and its customers.

Currently he is responsible for Resources, Commercials, Market initiates, Compliances etc. within Arrk.

Gary Gautier

Director Customer Success

Having started his career as a software developer working for a niche systems integrator, Gary soon broadened into the management of first development and then infrastructure teams serving Customers in both the public and private sectors.

His track record in building strong Customer relationships and delivering to plan led him to being appointed to the board of a mid-tier IT services firm with responsibility for group-wide development, professional services and solutions.

Following from this he joined a private sector data-services company as Deputy CTO with responsibility for all software and support development. He was the first to promote the benefits of outsourcing relationships successfully piloting several off-shore projects proving the benefits in cost reduction, quality and flexibility but also experiencing first-hand some of the challenges.

Gary is certified in project and programme management disciplines (PRINCE) as well as IT service delivery best practice (ITIL). Projects he has led include multi-million-pound conversion and business change initiatives spanning UK and Europe.

A seasoned software management professional, Gary has a solid understanding of what makes projects work and how to deliver results. Being commercially aware and very Customer service focused, Gary’s passion has been a driving force behind numerous industry success stories and awards.

Julian Howison


An electronics engineer by training, Julian started his career developing electronic instruments and data communications systems software for companies such as Plessey and Siemens. This included a spell in the early 1980s working for the Department of Defence in the USA on the development of embryonic Internet protocols and systems.

Returning to London in the mid-1980s he worked as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers helping large corporates such as NatWest, Lloyds, Maxwell Communications and the London Stock Exchange formulate and implement their IT strategies. Prior to founding Arrk he spent several years working as a board-level IT Director in the insurance and financial services sector. He has managed IT and business operations in the UK, US, Ireland, India and France.

Brenden Holt

Non-Executive Director

Having attained an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Brenden’s early career was spent in the design and development of hardware and software systems. Much of this work was in real-time and safety-critical systems for military and defence applications. In the late 1980s, he progressed into project management roles managing large, complex projects.

He spent much of the 1990s working for Admiral plc, a very successful IT Software and Solutions Group which was acquired by Logica Plc. At Admiral, he developed his career from technical project management, into sales and marketing and latterly into executive management. He has managed P&Ls ranging from early stage start-ups to £55M multi-national businesses and lead management teams across Europe and the USA.

In April 2002 Brenden completed a self-funded MBI into an early stage software products company (VeSys Ltd) and in December 2004 after rapid growth in sales in the UK, Europe and the USA he sold the company to a large US-based software vendor. The VeSys suite of products was aimed at design, electrical simulation and manufacture of wiring solutions. In addition to his work with Arrk Group, Brenden is Chairman of a number of technology companies including Quadratica (UK) Ltd and Deposit Sense Ltd.
