Business Analyst

Experience: 3-5 Years

Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Science Graduate – Computer Science or equivalent OR MBA

Experience Background: Must have experience of selling IT services in IT industry only

Essential Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience of business analysis and functional design for complex products, programs and architecture (B2B, B2C)

Core Business Analysis:

• Requirements gathering, User story writing, Stakeholder management, Gap analysis, Documentation (if required). Ability to find and define business use cases for AI adoptions.

Product Analysis:

• Defining metrics, Feature innovation, Experimentation, Feature validation, Discovery to delivery, Growth led outlook.

Communication:

• Critical thinking, Ownership, Attention to detail, Adaptability, Verbal and Written communication.

Data Driven Decisions:

• Data capture, Event tracking, Data labeling, Executive summary.

AI usage:

• Prompt engineering, Automation, AI assisted analysis, Understanding AI concepts.
• Lead workshops with business users to support analysis and design efforts.
• Ownership of all aspects of UI design, working closely with a design agency.
• QA for user interface quality.

Essential Non – Technical Skills:

• Must be a self starter and be able to lead other associates.
• Work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.
• Exposure to international projects, in particular offshore development projects.
• Software life cycle exposure.
• Excellent communication skills with both business people and technologists.

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

• SQL
• Creation of mock ups using UI/UX tools.
• API understanding & system integration.
