'Quality @ Speed'

‘Bringing Citizen Developers out of the Shadows’

Wednesday 13th November 2019

The workplace is evolving quickly. Digital transformation has deconstructed old notions about the nature of jobs and the places work gets done. This shift to a digital, decentralised and collaborative workplace has given rise to citizen developers. Citizen development is shifting the paradigm in software development and enterprise innovation. The digital leaders of tomorrow will be organisations that establish the right governance, guidelines, and processes that empower their citizen developers to drive sustained innovation.

In our latest Tech Table we will tackle the topic ‘Quality @ Speed’ – and how by bringing citizen developers out of the shadows, CIOs can set the foundations for business success. To be held on the morning of Wednesday 13th November in Manchester City Centre.

Arrk's Tech Table Series

The Tech Table is a series of quarterly half-day events designed to give senior IT and business leaders a chance to discuss today’s most relevant business topics and to also provide a look at the needs and solutions of today’s landscape. This program creates a place to network with peers, gain new perspectives, share anecdotes and validate their thinking on a range of important issues.

During this event, the speakers will share with you real life examples of how they are tackling this mandate for both software quality and speed, addressing the need for cultural change, scattered adoption of best practices, siloed organisational structures and the need to integrate an incredibly complex ecosystem of specialised tools.

Outputs of the events are collated and shared amongst the wider IT community. However, Chatham House rules can be applied to any sensitive information shared.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
