usability expertise by designing eCommerce public access systems since 1998, the need to provide simple and intuitive
interfaces to an unknown audience has required a rethink to traditional IT system design where internal users were politely
encouraged to ‘just read the manual.’
With the growing importance of mobile data and applications to be used on the move, together with awareness
of the necessity to develop systems that can be used effectively by disabled users, the need for effective usability has
never been greater. Arrk provides usability advice and testing services for existing or prototype applications from its
own usability lab or alternatively from client sites to ensure that IT applications are built with the end user in mind.
