• Generating notifications and alerts on important server metrics based on the thresholds. Actions are executed by our support analysts.
• Maximising the use of information by generating performance graphs and reports as needed to support analysis and investigation. Reports are grouped and generated based on availability and server health
• Delivering both historical and current server performance metrics, to provide insight into the performance over a period of time. Analysis is produced and recommendations are made on a monthly and quarterly basis.
