Julian started his career developing electronic instruments and data communications systems software. In the mid 80's he worked as a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers helping large corporates such as NatWest, LloydsTSB and London Stock Exchange formulate and implement their IT and telecommunications strategies. Prior to founding Arrk he spent several years working as a board level IT Director in the insurance and financial services sector. He has managed IT and business operations in the UK, US, Ireland, India and France.
Marion began her career as a management trainee working for Unilever. After carrying out a number of pan European supply chain Management roles with Unilever she spent two years working in the Transport Industry involved with the privatisation of train operating companies before moving into Corporate Finance. She has been involved in a broad range of mergers, acquisitions and finance raising assignments for fast growing international organisations. Marion is responsible for finance across the whole of the Arrk Group and has finance teams reporting to her from both UK and India.
Phil holds group wide responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of Arrk's internal quality management systems and new Customer propositions. Phil also plays an active role in Customer solution and project architecture and holds a number of senior account management responsibilities. Before joining Arrk he held senior consultancy and management roles in Provident Financial, Lotus Corporation and Bankers Trust in UK and Australia. He has been managing offshore development projects for Arrk since 1999 and before that worked with Julian Howison setting up an offshore operation in Ireland.
Sonal started her career in software development, building multifaceted enterprise applications and integrating enterprise-wide functions over the web medium. She has held a variety of roles ranging from managing technology teams for project and product development to program management and general management. She has a wealth of experience in delivering to complex business needs and running service-oriented business units in India.
As Director, Indian Operations she is responsible for service delivery, technology and innovation amongst other core business functions. She and her team play a vital role in ensuring we successfully deliver service to our customers.
Nick has a wealth of understanding in the delivery of complex IT business models across a wide range of market sectors and has worked for large companies such as Glaxo, Safeway, Admiral and CMG. His experience includes divisional management of technical teams, programme management, consultancy and technical product development.
Today, Nick is responsible for service delivery. He is passionate when it comes to achieving the business objectives of Arrk's customers and exceptional customer service. Working hand in hand with offshore delivery teams, this entails a realistic and practical approach to management and implementation.
In a career spanning over 30 years Brenden has accumulated a great deal of experience in managing fast-growing software and IT services businesses both large and small. From an early career in developing complex software solutions he progressed through a sales and marketing route into general management. He has build new business streams from scratch and integrated business acquisitions across Europe. In 2002 Brenden completed an MBI into a UK based software products company, and after two and a half years of rapid growth in sales in the UK, Europe and the USA he successfully sold the company to a large US based software company. He has been non-executive director of Arrk for over 5 years.
Annapurna is a qualified solicitor with a special interest in international law, in particular human rights law. In addition to her company secretarial duties Annapurna is responsible for Arrk's corporate social responsibility policy and the Arrk Foundation. Find out more
