Requirement :

Is responsible for designing, building and testing software programs, modules and sub-systems that meet specified functional and performance requirements within agreed time and budgetary constraints and in accordance with Arrk quality standards and objectives. Also delivers software and systems support services as required by Customers to agreed service levels.

Actively seeks opportunities to support and encourage other developement team members always working in a co-operative and open manner. Develops, on an ongoing basis, new understandings, skills and capabilities that enhance their potential for servicing Customer needs. Makes a desire to delight the Customer central to everything they do. Conducts themselves in a responsible and professional manner at all times.

Alternatively, you may be responsible for the architecture and high-level design of one of the following aspects of the architecture:

  • Applications
  • Integration
  • Data
  • Configuration

    • Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops and documents detailed designs for software sub-systems in accordance with high-level design criteria and to meet specified functional and performance requirements.
  • Follow trends in technology and recommend suitable technology platform / product options as part of solution.
  • Review on going and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse, process improvement.
  • Develops software in accordance with Arrk’s standard software-engineering processes for software design, code and test.
  • Creates reliable, efficient, maintainable software programs based upon sound software engineering principles.
  • Conducts appropriate verification and validation of software sub-systems against their high-level design criteria and against their functional and performance requirements.
  • Participates in formal and informal technical reviews, code walkthroughs and other software engineering related quality control activities.
  • Delivers software and systems support services to agreed service levels.
  • Serve as a resource to all teams in evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving project issues.
